  1. I-95 North, travel approximately 7 miles to exit 373, Amelia Island/Fernandina Beach/Callahan Exit.
  2. Right onto A1A (SR 200) East
  3. Travel east on A1A - 9.6 miles to the Thomas J. Shave Bridge
  4. Cross Intercoastal Waterway and travel 3/4 of a mile to first traffic light
  5. Turn right at light onto Amelia Island Parkway
  6. Travel 2.5 miles to fork in road
  7. Veer left at fork and travel 1.5 miles to traffic light

Safety & Security

Prohibited items

You may not enter with weapons of any kind, including guns, knives, fireworks, or drones. Pop-up tents, beach umbrellas, and sports equipment like balls and frisbees are not permitted. There is no smoking or vaping on the show fields, and no alcoholic beverages may be brought in or out.

Security screening

Everyone and all items are subject to security screening and/or bag check upon entry and at any time inside the venue. All attendees of Cars & Community and the Concours d'Elegance will need to go through metal detectors at the entrance. Small purses will be allowed on the show field, but backpacks and tote bags are strongly discouraged unless required for medical or family needs (e.g., diapers, bottles). 

Service animals

We do not allow animals on the show field, aside from service animals with certificate, for the safety of all guests and vehicles. Service animals must remain by the handler’s side at all times and must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered. Anyone bringing an animal will be responsible for and liable for any damage or injury caused by the animal.

Accessibility Services

Can I bring a stroller or motorized scooter on the show field?

Yes, strollers are welcome after passing through our security screening at the gate. Individuals requiring personal mobility scooters and wheelchairs are also welcome on to the show field. Please note that the terrain includes both golf course grass and paved golf cart paths.

What if I need additional accommodation(s)?

Shuttle buses with wheelchair/scooter lifts are in service at the Fernandina Beach Airport on Saturday and Sunday. This shuttle will drop guests off directly across the street from the Ritz-Carlton entrance to the showfield.

Individuals with a handicapped permit may also choose to use the Driving Range off Scott Road parking service at $40/day on Saturday and Sunday.

No vehicles will be allowed to stop and drop off guests at the entrance to the Ritz-Carlton.

Individuals with a handicapped permit may bring personal mobility scooters and wheelchairs on to the show field. The 1st, 10th, and 18th fairways have a golf cart path running around/along the perimeter. To access various areas of the golf course please make sure your mobility device is suitable for golf course terrain.

Mobility scooters are for rent from Amelia Home Health Services (904-261-2111) or Action Disability Resources (904-777-1979).

Due to the safety of all patrons attending the Concours, no private golf carts will be allowed on the golf course or available for rent during the event.

Can I bring my pet?

We strive to create a comfortable and inclusive environment for all our guests. While we kindly ask that you leave pets at home, we warmly welcome service animals in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Please note that emotional support animals, therapy animals, and pets do not qualify as service animals under the ADA and are not permitted on the show fields.

Anyone bringing a service animal will be responsible for and liable for any damage or injury caused by the animal. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
